Weekend in Albuquerque

Another very fun, busy weekend for me and mom and dad. Mom and I flew into Albuquerque on Thursday. We went out to dinner with Nana, Mr. Walker and Uncle Adam and ran into some friends of Nana and Mr. Walker, George and Joanne. It was a fun night but boy was I tired. I was coming down with a little cold so I was a little cranky but nothing terrible.
On Friday, my uncle Tim, Aunt Dana and cousin Brooke drove in and I got to meet them for the first time. They are great family and I was pretty interested in Brooke. It will be fun when we can start playing together.
Dad and grandpa Vern and Grandma Sue drove in on Friday also and we celebrated Grandpa Vern's birthday. Nana made a really yummy dinner to help celebrate.
On Saturday, we all trooped down to the zoo. Even though I didn't feel good, I LOVED it there. I was laughing and smiling through the whole thing. Mom can't wait to take me back.
Everyone packed up and headed home on Sunday and all and all it was a very fun weekend. Mom liked it because the weather was nice and cool (42 degrees this AM!) and there were TWO grandmas to help. Dad liked it because he got a mountain bike ride with Mr. Walker. What a couple of studs!
