Flying Solo

Mom and I had our first day all by ourselves yesterday and we had a great time. We started the day off with a nap cause I kept mom up the night before. The we got to dance and sing to some Rusted Root and KT Tunstall- fun stuff. I got to watch mom get ready for the day- not sure what she was getting ready for- we didn't leave the house but mom like her shower and clean teeth. I got bored with that but I did like the sound of the blow dryer. I got some "me" time in my swing mainly so mom could eat something. I got to sit in my bouncy chair and watch mom make dinner. She let me smell the rosemary and garlic she was using. I'm not sure what to think about that. When dad got home, I got some quality time with him and mom got to go out for a walk. I think she really liked that. When she got home, we were all hot so we got to go swimming. Actually, mom and I sat on the edge and watched dad fiddle with the pool vacuum for the 5th day in a row. It was nice to be outside. Finally, dad, mom and I played with my musical worm from Grandma Sue. I'm actually tracking a little and liked to kick the worm to make noise. All in all, a fun, busy day!
