Fun Brunch

Let's see... what have I been up to?!  Things have improved a bit since my last post- I think so anyway.  I'll have to check with mom.

We had a very windy weekend.  We were supposed to get a lot of rain yesterday but we only got the blessed wind.  Did you know we hate wind?  That made mom very crabby but she (deep sigh) soldiered on.  We had my art class yesterday and I actually gave Ms. Lilly a hug.  We got to make pumpkin men with arms and legs.  Pretty cool.  I was also very excited to show Ms. Lilly my very favorite new thing- my monkey backpack.  It has a long tail that mom can hold onto so I don't run away.  Mom thought she was being very clever and that I wouldn't figure out what the tail is for.  I got her figured out though- I won't let her hold the tail.  Ha ha ha ha mom.  Let's see how we do out in public now!

On Sunday, we had the Fun Brunch for the Tucson Children's Museum.  Mom was out of the house early to help set up so dad and I met her there later.  I sure had a great time.  I got to play with Madeline most of the time. She and I pretty much dominated the jumping castle- we scared all the other kids away.  The rest of the time, we spent running at top speed around the grass and destroying the sand trap at the golf hole near our table.  My friend Brian showed my how to put everything back in order though.  It was a great day and I'm exhausted.  Off to bed early for me.
