About as relaxing as it gets...

Greetings all!- It is very much summer here now- our home thermometer said it was 108 today. This weather is OK because it weeds out all the woosies!
Mom and I finally seem to have our allergies under control- it was a pretty miserable week and not much sleep. This is one time mom is thankful for Big Pharma!
We dragged ourselves out to dinner on Friday and decided it was warm enough for our first night swim of the season. This was my first night swim EVER and I loved it! I want to do it every night except then I don't get into bed until after 9. Mom and dad are pretty tired by then.

Saturday was pretty quiet- Mom went to a jewelery party and dad and I ran errands. We got in another afternoon swim and ANOTHER night swim! Woo-hoo!

Sunday was the ultimate summer day. We hung out by the pool all day. Mom cut up some watermelon, dad hung up the hammock and we just lazed around all day.

I really kind of dig this hammock thing. It is about the only time I ever stop moving.

We gave dad an early Father's Day present- mainly because I squealed and told him we got him a remote control boat. He couldn't wait another 2 weeks for it so we got it out into the water today. I really had good time playing with dad's new toy and he was a very good sharer. We even gave the dinosaurs a ride.

So after spending all day outside, mom whipped up a gourmet meal of microwave Trader Joe's Teriyaki Chicken. She really pulled out all the stops tonight- she made microwave brown rice too.
We are none to excited about work/school next week but it has to be done. Hope everyone has a good one!
