I'm TWO!!!

Well, I dragged mom and dad through another year and what an adventure. Nothin' but fun! I had a really fun weekend because it was all Jordan all the time for the past 4 days. This birthday was a lot more fun than last years. In case you forgot, I had the stomach flu for last years big day. Nothing like that this year. It started on Thursday when mom AND dad showed up at daycare with a big box of strawberry cupcakes. Most of us weren't quite sure what to do with a pink cupcake so we kind of looked at them for awhile and licked a little frosting but otherwise, they just kind of sat there. Oh well. Everyone sang happy birthday to me and I got a little embarrassed and hid under the table.
On Friday, Nana D, Mr. Walker and Uncle Adam rolled into town. Uncle Adam was recovering from food poisoning but was still a trooper. I got all the boys to wear hats for me and they even let mom take a picture. There sure is a lot of power when you are two. We celebrated U. Adam's birthday with salmon and brownies that he didn't eat.
Saturday, we had my party. Dad's cousin Sharon and her husband Wayne and 2 daughters, Ashley and Maggie came over, Papa Vern, Grandma Sue, both of our neighbors and our friends Brian and Christina were here too. I had all kinds of fun, missed my nap completely and crashed around 5. Ashley and Maggie were great fun to play with even if I didn't really like sharing my toys. I got lots of new stuff to play with- a kitchen, a keyboard, lots of crayons and markers, new plates, bowls and cups, a Mr. Potato Head. I'm going to be busy for a long time!
Sunday was my actual birthday and dad made me a waffle with whip cream and strawberries for breakfast and I got to watch all the Wiggles that I wanted to all day. Pretty fantastic if you ask me!
I hope everyone enjoys their day off tomorrow. ( Just an observation- why am I practically naked in all my birthday pictures so far?)
