Greetings from Albuquerque

Here we are on Day 3 of our Albuquerque trip. Mom had me up at O'dark thirty on Friday morning to catch our 6:30 flight. I was really good on the whole trip. I got a little restless being contained in one seat for 45 minutes but it wasn't to bad for either of us.
We landed in Abq and guess what???!! It was WINDY and COLD. 35 degrees to be exact. Mom was not to thrilled with that but we pressed on anyway. We went with Nana to the Aquarium and ran through that at about 90 miles an hour. My attention span just isn't what it used to be! Then we headed over to the Children's Garden at the Botanical Gardens. I could have stayed there longer but mom was kind of cold.
Saturday was a lazy day. We went over to Uncle Adam's house and played with his dog for bit. We came home, ate lunch and I went down for my nap. Mom was a little sleepy so she decided to lay down for 15 or 20 minutes and woke up 2 hours later only because I woke her up. She decided right then and there that I have the life. I guess I don't appreciate my 2 hour naps as much as I should!
Today, we got an early start because Mr. Walker and mom were running in a 5K to raise money for the zoo. Uncle Adam was going to run but he didn't want to be beat by his almost 40 year old sister and his 60 something dad so he hung out with me. Anyway, there were only 5000(!) people in that particular race and about 23,000(!) runners total, so it was a bit chaotic and some really good people watching. I didn't like it so much because I had to be contained to my stroller, since I have a tendency to wander. After that, we went to the Albuquerque Isotope baseball game. I did pretty much everything except watch the baseball game. I went in the jumping castle, ran around on the grass, jumped off the steps, ate ice cream, jumped on mom's lap etc, etc. I had a great time but I think mom was ready to go by the end of the first inning.
Well, I'm off to bed extra early tonight as I had no nap today. That always makes for pleasant evening.
