Back to the Grind (for mom)

Mom finally came home from a great week in Sedona with her good friend Heidi.  They got to stay at my Aunt Mary Kay and Uncle Boo's house and enjoyed all things Sedona.  They went up to Flagstaff for a day, took a cooking class and went on a jeep tour.  They also had the pleasure of  toning up their Chakras in a vortex while baking on the red rock in 90 degree heat.  Heidi ended up with a sunburn and mom was so nauseous that she could hardly make  it home.  If you ask me, it was because they didn't follow the instructions to toss all of their negative energy over the cliff before entering the vortex.  Mom and Heidi decided they would just live with flabby chakras and love them anyway!
Mom came home on Thursday and dad was off on Friday so we had a nice family 3 day weekend.  We just kind of laid low again on Friday and Saturday.  On Sunday, we drove up t0 Phoenix to go to the science center and then the Diamondbacks game.  I had a great time at the museum.  I got to throw things up a giant nose and then have them sneezed back out at me. I got to practice shooting baskets (take a look at my awesome form!).  I learned all about weather too.  We wandered over to the Diamondbacks game and that was pretty cool.  I was a little overwhelmed with all of the sights and sounds but I look forward to going back.
Mom isn't feeling too great tonight (more bad vortex energy!)  so I have to go to bed early- what is that all about??!!  See you on Wednesday
