I love my
band aids. I have gone through 3 boxes in a week. At one point, I had 17 band-aids on. Mom and dad weren't paying a whole lot of attention to me- mom is wrapped up in some trashy novel that she can't put down and dad is wrapped up in the Tour
de France. Anyway, the
band aids were all kinds of fun until I had to take them all off- one painful
band aid at a time. Mom tried to be gentle but you know how that goes. So, I still love my
band aids but now, I use them responsibly.
Lesson learned. Between chapters of her sleazy novel, mom has noticed that I don't glide very gracefully through life. I kind of careen off of things, spinning and jumping,
squealing and yelling, bossing and directing. I really like bossing Daisy and
Haile around but they don't listen so well. I'll keep working on that one.
