My week has been fabulous! Dad got back from Albuquerque on Sunday and took Monday off work, so I got to stay home with him. We had a leisurely morning and then headed out to the splash park. We were the only ones there because everyone else was in school. Sweeeet! Dad wasn't super energetic because he wasn't feeling great but I didn't let that stop me.
Other than mom teetering on the brink of a political nervous breakdown, things have been nice and calm. I go out for a bike ride every night and dad is honestly thinking about signing me up for the Tour de Tucson in November. It would be the kids ride and we have to check on the age limit but since I'm so huge and such an accomplished rider already, I would probably do fine. I'll give ol' Lance a run for his money in next year's Tour de France!
