Dad made his first venture out in the real world on his bike. It wasn't quite as easy as he thought it would be but he sure is happy to be back out there. He rode back up the same mountain that did him in- just not as far up this time. He was only a little nervous coming down- I think mom was more nervous for him. It doesn't look like the El Tour de Tucson is an option this year but now, he can be support for Mr. Walker who is riding the 109 miler and mom who will saddle up for a whopping 35 miles. Yeah dad!
Mom's cousin Becky is coming down tomorrow. She is running the Tucson Half Marathon on Sunday and she is even offering to babysit me Saturday night so mom and dad can head out for a wedding reception. Fun for all!
