Oink!

Happy Holidays everyone- they have officially started! We had a good weekend with lots of food, family and friends.
On Thanksgiving, Grandma Sue, Grandpa Vern and our neighbors, Patrick and Nicole came over for a deeeelicious dinner. We had turkey roulade (dad does an awesome job with that- so good), corn pudding, mashed taters and cranberry relish. I'm using "we" loosely because I had my usual milk and oatmeal. It was still good though.
On Friday, dad put up all of Christmas lights. After looking at our neighbors display, he headed to the store and bought them out of lights. I'm feeling shades of the Griswalds coming on! I'm fascinated by the lights especially our neighbors snowman. I get so excited looking at all of them.
Saturday, we didn't do much. Mom and dad both went for bike rides (seperately) and I hung out with whoever was home. Not a very exciting day.
Today, we met our friends Joe and Amy for a walk up Sabino Canyon. We got to try out my new backpack and I really liked it until I got so tired I couldn't see straight and was crying so hard mom thought I was going to pass out. Fortunately, mom and dad are planners and brought my stroller and an extra bottle- that was all I needed and I guess the rest of their walk was pretty peaceful.
I have turned into an eating machine. Mom has gone back to feeding me every 3 hours, supplementing with formula. Last night for dinner I had breast milk, formula, squash and oatmeal. Maybe that is why I've been such a crab lately, mom has been starving me! I really like my squash. We started that on Saturday and I was a little puzzled but decided pretty quick that it was yummy. I can't wait for strained peas!
