The original title of today's post was "A little of this and a little of that" since nothing very exciting had happened. But THEN, dad came in with the announcement that it was snowing AND it was sticking! We haven't seen snow since Easter of 1999. So cool- we are all hoping for a snow day. It could happen since Tucson never gets snow and we don't know how to drive in dry weather, let alone snow!Anyway, back to the weekend. I'm feeling better but mom and dad got sick. That didn't stop dad from heading out to an overnight poker party with his camping buddies at a cabin in the mountains. He lost money again- now it is looking like college by internet. Mom and I hung out and I discovered my rocking chair. My great grandma Walker (Mr. Walker's mom) gave it to mom when she was little and now I get it. I had a ball rocking myself back and forth. Yee-Haw!
On Saturday, we gave a new babysitter a trial run. She is one of mom's co-worker's daughters. Jesse and I hung out while mom and dad did things around the house and we got along fabulously. Mom and dad are excited to have a good babysitter that lives so very close by.
The only exciting thing today was the above mentioned snow, otherwise today would have been a huge yawner with a capital "Y". Hope everyone has a great Monday!

Jordan,
Hi! This is your cousin Cait in Ohio. I hope you are enjoying all of the snow that you just got out there! It's so much fun to play in as long as you dress real warm. My mom and dad make me wear a fuzzy kitty hat and big pink mittens when we go outside. Those mittens sure make it hard to eat the snow, but if you stick your tongue out real big, you can catch snowflakes on it. Tell your mom and dad "Hi!". We miss you all very much. I'm trying to talk mommy and daddy into taking me on a plane ride out to see you, Nana D and Mr. Walker sometime soon. Sincerely, diapers and sippy cups, hugs and drool! XOXO Cousin Cait
