So, what is this? The middle of February? I want everyone in blog land to know that at least one member of our little family has been sick since January 1.
We had another sleepless night on Sunday, so mom made a doctor's appointment for me on Monday and dad took me. Turns out, I had ear infections in both ears. It was a wonder we got any sleep at all. So now, I am on amoxicillan, motrin and ear drops. I feel great! Mom on the other hand, woke up with yet another cold on Tuesday. This time, she managed to get on her cold-eeze quickly. So while she definitely doesn't feel good, she hasn't been knocked flat by this one. This is number 3 for her, if any one is keeping track. I'm sure, absolutely sure, this time that this is the last of it. We are all on our vitamins, eating our veggies (kind of), trying to get enough sleep etc., etc.
Other than that, it has been quiet as usual around here. We had another cold, wet storm move in today. Mom got this cool picture while she was driving to a meeting (she was stopped at a light by the way) of the storm as it moved into town. ( She did a great job capturing how pretty Grant Road in Tucson is. It is kind of a yucky street.) It has been raining most of the afternoon and into the night. The good news is, it is supposed to be 70 degree by Sunday. Woo-hoo!
