It was a nice, balmy 91 degrees at 5:30 AM this morning. We hit 110 yesterday but we aren't complaining. We have 10 percent humidity and our air conditioning works. Mom's friends in St. Louis are without air conditioning because of the big storms. Mom remembers summers in St. Louis and is VERY thankful to be in Tucson right now. We are thinking of you Carol and Michelle.
I continue with my grumpy ways, although today, I am much improved. I actually let mom sleep from 9:30 PM to 4:30 AM. I think we both benefitted from the sleep because I'm pretty happy today. Don't let mom fool you though- even when I'm grumpy, she can still get me to smile. Too cute!
Today, I got to go to the 'Po with dad to get some tools and then we went to Radio Shack. We almost got ran over at the 'Po by some yahoo driving to fast in the parking lot. Watch for the stoller people! Geez!
Hope all our midwest friends stay cool. Fall is just around the corner.
