Babysitters galore

Well, I didn't see much of mom this weekend but dad and I had some good bonding and I got to bond with babysitters too. Mom and I went for a run Friday morning and then she was gone most of the day helping out our friend Edy get ready for her wedding. Mom and her friend Nancy were the giant, amazon bridesmaids for Edy. She spent most of Friday getting her nails done. It was really hard work. Meanwhile, dad and I were holding down the fort and working hard. We cleaned out the refrigerator and then steam cleaned the carpets. O00000h, they are so pretty now. That night, Jesse came over to babysit so mom and dad could have an adult night at the rehersal dinner.
On Saturday, mom again worked really hard getting her hair done while dad and I did the grocery shopping. (Boy, mom really got off easy this weekend!) That night, mom and dad's friends, Brian and Chritina came over to babysit. They were awesome! We played in the pool, rode in my wagon AND my stoller, read stories and finally collapsed into bed. They can come back anytime. Woo-hoo. Mom and dad didn't get to bed until midnight but I slept until 7 this morning. That was my only generous act for the day because I only napped for about 20 minutes when we were at Sabino Canyon. Dad and I did take a little nap this afternoon but that was about it. That is about it for the weekend. Mom and dad had a lot of fun and I got to know my babysitters even better.
