Random Thoughts

So here is a sampling of what mom cooks when dad is home:  Chicken breast marinated in an orange muscat champagne vinegar and grilled with a tomato and sweet potato bisque, salmon with garlic, lemon and Parmesan, sauteed red and yellow bell pepper with whole wheat couscous- you get the picture.
Here is what we get when dad is out of town:  Subway, oatmeal, scrambled eggs.  If I'm lucky, she actually takes the time to open the milk carton and pour me a glass.  It is probably a very good thing for our health that dad doesn't go out of town to often!

Some random Jordanisms:

"HI!  I'm a dippy driver!"
" Mom, is that a dude?"  (In addition to calling bad drivers "dippy drivers", mom also calls them dudes.  As in "Duuude what ARE you doing?!")
"Are you mama?  Is your name Hey?"
"OH, I HAVE A GREAT QUESTION!!  IT'S IN THE LIVING ROOM!  I'LL GO GET IT!"
"I'm your daughter!"
