The Dancing Queen

So this is me after a long day and no nap. I kept this up for about 45 minutes but mom didn't think you would want to watch all of that!

Mom and dad had a "a ha" moment this week. After weeks of watching and giggling at the back neighbor wander around his backyard inspecting his plants in his underwear for hours, they realized we were wandering around OUR backyard inspecting plants for hours. The only saving grace is mom and dad are fully clothed! Thank goodness. One oddball in the neighborhood is enough!

So I had my first swim lesson on Tuesday. I liked it OK but mom is not at all happy with my teacher. She thinks my teacher (who is all of 16) could use some education on childhood development and age appropriate interactions. This girl apparently thought I was a college graduate and that I swam in the last Olympics and set her expectations there. Mom is all for high expectations but this was a little ridiculous! They are going to have a little chat before my next class so we'll see how that goes.
